Our yoghurt story starts with our two and four year old. They used to love adding Lemon Aspen, and honey, to their organic yoghurt. They did the same with our Davidson Plum.
We realised yoghurt would be a fantastic way to introduce these special Indigenous fruits to people who hadn't experienced them before.
We gave renowned chef Matt Golinski a try.
