Paul & Nicole have been living on the land for many years, creating a sustainable, ethical, and loving farm environment. They use organic, sustainable and regenerative farming practices. They are organically certified by Southern Cross Certified.

 

Located in the Noosa Hinterland, on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Carters Ridge is a picturesque town featuring abundant native wildlife. They deeply respect the traditional custodians of Gubbi Gubbi country, and respect their elders past, present and emerging.

 

Wallabies, green tree frogs, yellow tail black cockatoos and kookaburras are just some of the beautiful creatures they live with. The idyllic climate and soil quality nurture their native food gems. Allowing their fruits, nuts and berries to burst with flavour and colour.
