Organic Finger Lime

Finger Limes (Citrus Australasica) contain little globular juice vesicles, called pearls, that burst with effervescent lime flavour. They are also called 'lime caviar' as the texture of the fruit is reminiscent of caviar. 

Our red finger limes were selected for their large and juicy pearls. Finger Lime are reported to have high Vitamin C content, to be rich in folate, potassium and Vitamin E.

Finger lime are delicious in recipes that can be enhanced with lime or as a beautiful garnish on food.
